Task:A carrier network emulation tool must be built to demonstrate the impacts (link utilization reduction, network expansion cost savings and other possible network metrics) of an advanced path management system which listens to the network conditions within a carrier network and utilizes this information to influence path decisions leading to the same but available at various servers content.
Requirements (Must have):
- Linux
- C++
- Scripting languages
- Internet Protokolle (ISIS, OSPF, BGP)
- System monitoring and analysis
- GUI design and development
- Emulation and virtualization environments (preferably on User-Mode Linux basis)
- Linux system and network administration, including firewall and traffic shaping
