Beschreibung
Task:Support Hotline to assist the onsite technicians (m/f) in the branch rollout:
- Configure settings on the switches in the branches. Settings will be configured with a tool.
- Remote access via SCCM to the Desktop to support technicians onsite
- De-Install / Install Software via remote Desktop (SCCM) on Computers in the branches
- Track the installations in the branches
Requirements (Must have):
Basic SCCM Knowledge
Basic Network Knowledge
Experiences with Computer Rollouts
WIN7 Knowledge
Englisch zwingend erforderlich
