A world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment is currently looking for IP engineers to join their Dusseldorf team.

The IP Customer Network Support (CNS) Engineer is a key role in the Customer Support organisation, acting as the technical interface towards our customers and implements the complete customer support services portfolio.

The CNS engineer has a deep understanding of the customer network and the customer needs.

As CNS engineer you will
* investigate, deliver restorations and produce solutions to customer service requests.
* investigate technical problems; participate in the Remedy of systems in case of critical situations.. implement Software Updates or Fist Node Implementations and provide Pro-Active support services towards the customers.
* participate in projects to secure a smooth handover from project to support and to maintain and further develop your competence.

Requirements
A broad knowledge within telecoms and datacom, covering hardware, software and network knowledge. You have a technical background in IP, SmartEdge, Packet Core and interested to broaden your knowledge on network level.

Skillset
* Experience with technical troubleshooting
* Excellent communication skills
* A strong drive for operational excellence
* Good written and spoken English and German
