Beschreibung

Availability of customer data, critical and sensitive information, and the bank’s IT assets such as networks, servers, applications, databases and the IT equipment *** employees.

* IT Security department is responsible to protect customer data and the bank’s IT assets against all kinds of security threats. Within the IT Security department the IT Security Office is responsible for the reporting of the IT Security initiatives, programmes and the current IT security status and KPIs to senior management and various stakeholders.
In addition, the team drives the governance of IT security cross the bank’s Global Technology organization and coordinates cross divisional IT security meetings.
In close cooperation with the subject matter experts, a number of IT security initiatives are prepared and discussed with the relevant stakeholders so that decisions can be achieved at the cross divisional IT security committee.
Some projects as e.g. IT Security awareness campaign, creation of trusted communication & brand for IT Security, are driven by the team itself.
Currently 2 positions are to be filled:
I. IT Security Office – PMO & Project Management
Location: Eschborn / Germany
Start date: asap
Duration: ca. 5-6 months or longer
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Proactively create and develop IT Security reports, hereby actively collaborate with various IT Security teams and experts cross Deutsche Bank’s global IT organization. Collect, create and develop input for defined Key Performance Indicators.
- Collect and validate (re. e.g. completeness, plausibility, consistency) data; review and discuss with subject matter experts; create and consolidate reports; arrange and conduct final quality controls; prepare regular IT Security meetings
- Create senior management updates regarding various IT Security topics together with the respective subject matter experts across various divisions and countries. Plan, design and produce presentations for senior management.
- Prepare, coordinate and conduct review meetings, project meetings and workshops incl. coordination of topics, creation of agenda, tracking of action lists.
- Review project updates and progress and their alignment to overall IT Security strategy.
- Prepare communication of IT security topics to various stakeholders (mainly powerpoint format)
- Conduct smaller projects or sub-projects in the IT security area
Skills / Experience
- Proven work experience and expertise in IT topics (min. 3 years), basic knowledge of IT security topics
- Proven track record of working in the Financial Services Industry (min. 2-3 years)
- Proven track record in the preparation of reports, updates and presentations for senior management
- Experienced and able to work under pressure with multiple teams across the globe in various time zones; hereby handling multiple tasks in parallel
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as communication, networking and negotiation skills
- Excellent reporting and report creating skills, incl. excellent powerpoint and excel skills
- High degree of self-initiative, self-dependent work style, stakeholder-orientation and organizing ability
- Excellent comprehension skills and focused work attitude
- Excellent English skills (verbally and in writing),
- Basic German skills preferred
II. Senior IT Security Specialist
Location: Eschborn/Germany Start date: asap
Duration: until ca. Nov./Dec. 2012
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Drive IT security strategy and perform IT security strategy oversight. Use effective program management to drive initiatives throughout their lifecycle of initiative definition to initiative completion.
- Drive ongoing strategic IT security initiatives to their next logical steps while engaging with subject matter experts from the broader IT organization of Deutsche Bank
- Design, prepare and conduct regular reviews of IT security initiatives against IT security threat landscape.
- Drive assessment of existing protective, detective and reactive IT security controls and their scope against actual IT security threats and risks in close collaboration with the bank’s IT security intelligence team and various subject matter experts across the IT organization
- Drive IT security strategy by developing and preparing new strategic IT security topics and initiatives with the subject matter experts. Discuss them with stakeholders so that decisions can be achieved at cross divisional IT security committee.
- Prepare strategic IT security topics in a project fashion.
- Design transparent process to drive program management of IT security initiatives; ensure engagement and escalation to stakeholder community; provide lessons learned and feedback for future initiatives; provide escalation points and resources to manage risks; monitor completion of projects in a timely and cost effective manner

Skills / Experience – Extensive knowledge and proven expertise in IT security topics, min. 3-5 years of professional IT security experience – Proven track record of working in the Financial Services Industry (min. 2-3 years) – Bachelor or Masters Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems or IT related field (or similar qualification/equivalent experience) – Strong knowledge in latest vulnerabilities, security trends and their effects on large organizations – Certificate in IT security as e.g. CISSP or equivalent – Proven project management capability – Experience in the preparation of topics in project style and the creation and review of high level project implementation plans (exec. summary, motivation, objectives, key milestones, project governance, etc.) – Excellent ability to create updates and presentations for senior management, incl. good powerpoint and excel skills – Experienced and able to work under pressure with multiple teams across the globe in various time zones – Able to handle multiple tasks in parallel with careful attention to details – Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as communication, networking and negotiation skills – Experienced in prioritizing and looking at the big picture without becoming caught up in details – High degree of self-initiative, self-dependent work style, stakeholder-orientation and organizing ability, ability to work proactively and dynamically – Excellent comprehension skills and focused work attitude – Excellent English skills (verbally and in writing)
