For one of our clients we are looking for a Projectmanager (m/f)Key tasks:
- Organize and coordinate the different tasks of the request necessary to accomplish the project and this with the help of technicians.
- Communication and presentation to medium and higher management as well as to the customer
- Validate the scope requested for the project and make the necessary time and budget estimations.
- Ensure the implementation of the technical solution as designed and delivered by an SDA (Solution Design Authority) and this in accordance with the requested SLA's
- Make the necessary communication towards the technicians participating in the project by defining all concrete deliverables
- Do the follow-up of the project and if necessary take corrective actions.
- Report the status of restrictions, issue's, assumptions and risks
- Take the responsibility for the final results
- Monitor the effectiveness of the organization within his team
- Responsible for reporting, and can be helped by a PO
- Technical pre-requisites
- Experience in communication and negotiation with higher management and customer
- Professional experience in IT infrastructure services
- Experience in infrastructure services management environment.
- Knowledge of PM basics, PMI is a plus
- Knowledge of MS project software is a plus
Language: English, Flemish or French nice to have, passive german is a plus
