I currently have an interesting position open for an IMS Customer Network Support Engineer based in Germany for a market leader in the telecoms industry.
Within this role you would be acting as a key technical interface towards customers, implementing their customer support services portfolio. Within the role you will investigate, deliver restorations and produce solutions to customer service requests.
In addition you will be expected to:
- Investigate technical problems
- Participate in the Remedy of systems in case of critical situations
- Software implementation/Node implementations
- Provision of pro-active support for the customer
Successful applicants for this role should be able to demonstrate knowledge of:
- Broad knowledge within Datacoms/Telecoms
- Knowledge of hardware, software and network knowledge
- Technical background in IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem)
- Excellent troubleshooting knowledge
- Fluency in German and English
