Currently we are searching for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:Project description:
Helpdesk-Support
Tasks:
First/Second level support for all divisions (EQ/FICC/IMD/FW), that includes:
- application support (installation, problem resolving)
- market data support
- hardware support (cloning, HW installation / replacement)
- printer / fax support
Day-one training for new joiner (currently in development but will be active soon)
Project work/coordination such as rollouts (Bloomberg, new application version etc.) and Powerdown
Move coordination
RemoteGS support for Blackberry, Laptop and AccessGS (including quick training for user)
Backup for AV support (basic first level)
Backup for phone support Nortel and Syntegra (basic first level)
Must-Have Skills:
fluent english
