Proteus Europe operating as an employment business, is currently seeking a Systems Engineer for a client in Germany.
As Systems Engineer you develop concepts for complex naval communications systems. Moreover you create functional system specifications as well as detailed specifications for hard- and software based subsystems and as standard for internal and external development orders. You plan and support the system integration and verification as well as follow-up the time schedule in coordination with the overall project planning. Finally you support the acquisition of new orders and contribute to the definition and provision of an adequate infrastructure for the systems development.
This position requires a degree in engineering (communications or high frequency engineering), computer science or a closely related field. You have gathered several years of work experience and have acquired substantial knowledge in the state-of-the-art engineering tools and processes.
Personally we expect from you a proactive working style, assertiveness, strong communication as well as team working skills. Apart from that, the position requires a willingness to travel abroad as well as a business fluency in English and German.
