Capacity Management, Identify KPIs for capacity and performance management, for both hardware (eg CPU load, memory usage, disk IO, network bandwidth) and application (eg maximum number of incoming requests, DB fragmentation), Implement monitoring of capacity and performance KPIs, Implement monitoring for interfaces (USSD, SMS, web site, etc.), Define and implement capacity and performance reporting, Implement monthly capacity plan with rolling two-year forecast, Present regular capacity and performance reporting and capacity plan to stakeholders andimprove reporting based on stakeholder feedback. Operations with highly available systems built on Windows Enterprise (2008) and SQL Server, Implementation of ITIL Service Design processes, Experience within the Telecommunication industry (structures and processes) are and advantage, especially in the area of money transfer.
