Manning Global is currently looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Manager MSO Solutions for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company for a permanent position based in Düsseldorf,GermanyTasks
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan for new solutions. Serves as a subject-matter expert for assigned Multi Service Operator (MSO) solutions.
Assesses needs and opportunities for new MSO solutions through research and feasibility analysis. Manages, gathers, and analyzes competitive intelligence data for our clients HQ and Business Groups.
Develops and manages MSO solution offerings to customers as well as working with other groups within the company to develop and support cross-functional strategy and product rollouts.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify key business problems of our key MSO customers across Europe
Develop solution concepts, matching the MSO customer needs within small teams of business & technical experts
Design high-level solution architectures
Translate customer needs, solution concepts and technical solution architectures into product & solution requirements
Communicate key requirements to R&D departments in China and support solution feasibility studies
Identify gaps in the product portfolio and trigger the necessary product management activities for closing those gaps
Define and manage cable solution strategy, roadmap and key requirements from in-depth understanding of industry, partner and customer
Qualifications:
You have a Masters Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
From your minimum 5 years work experience you have obtained detailed insights into the technical aspects of MSO networks, either within a Telco/Cable vendor, a system integrator or an MSO operator.
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working closely with customers.
You can follow a structured approach for transforming business problems of our clients into technical solution concepts, matching client needs and clientss capabilities.
You enjoy working in often changing multi-national teams within a very dynamic environment.
You have a hands-on and can-do attitude and an independent working capability.
You are fluent in English.
