WebSphere Portal Administrator (Fluent German)
Project environment:
Operation of a complex WebSphere infrastructure of the area in the largest online media portal environment, which is operated in the public sector on the Internet and Intranet.
Task:
* Administration of WebSphere Application Server V6.1, V7.0
* Administration of WebSphere Portal Server V6.1
* IBM HTTP Server administration
* Deployment and configuration of applications (Portlets/Servlets)
* Analysis of Performance Information/Performance Tuning
* Troubleshooting/Problem Determination application of tools
* Second level support/Incidentbearbeitung
* Creation and updating of operational documentation
Requirements:
* Very good knowledge in the areas of WebSphere Application Server/WebSphere Portal Server, WebSphere certification is desirable
* Project experience in the installation and configuration of WebSphere Appl. Server V 5.1, 6.1 & 7.0 (Standalone/cluster), IBM HTTP Server (IHS) & WebSpherePlugin
* experienced in the administration of WebSphere Appl. Server V 5.1, 6.1 & 7.0 (Standalone/cluster)
* Experience in the operation of applications (portlets and Servlets)
* Knowledge of creating and configuring Virtual Portals
* learn to use and problem determination tools XMLAccess
* Back End system knowledge eg DB2 and LDAP
* SLES 10 & AIX skills
* Very good command of German and English
The project work is planned for the middle/end of February 2012 initially for a period up to 31.12.2012 with further option to extend (full time/on-site, the greater Berlin area).
