we are looking for a supplier able to offer us an IT Support Service for the year 2012.TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
40 hours a week for:
Automotive
Monday to Friday onsite
13 hours a week for:
automotive
· Windows OS support & troubleshooting proficiency:
o Windows Server (2003 and 2008).
o Core internet technologies (DNS, Mail transport, TCP/IP, Networked file systems).
o Install/test/troubleshoot applications.
o Image and maintain desktop and laptop systems.
o Script programming
· Office Packet (2003, 2007 and 2010) proficiency.
· Proven Networking & Telecom skills:
o Ability to administer PBX and VOIP systems.
o Configure and maintain Cisco switches and routers.
o Data Cabling.
o Black Barry & RIM setup
· Create and administer users following FGA ICT HQ guidelines.
· Coordinating with FGA ICT HQ corporate-based support groups to implement company-wide ICT changes and follow up with a concise documentation.
· Root cause analysis to prevent repeat problems and risk assessment to proactively address potential problems.
· Hardware Facilities.
o Set up/taking down/relocating computer systems.
o Inventory tracking and asset management of all IT equipment.
o Complete ownership of all HW-related issues, and communication with internal colleagues on problem resolution.
o Manage preventive maintenance.
o Repair and maintain material handling equipment and related hardware.
o Tracking/storing ICT inventory/HW parts.
· Manage automotive main documentations delivery as daily activity
· Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize different projects and work load.
· Proven ability to work successfully with self-supervision.
· Proven ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) in German and English.
Contract terms: duration of 1 year without automatic prolongation.
