My client is urgently looking for a strong informatica expert to handle an ongoing data migration project they have in Germany.This is a technical role and as such they will be looking for a hands on developer with strong data migration and informatica experience.
The successful Informatica Technical Analyst (TA)/Developer will perform code reviews including performance testing, coding and functional architecture.
Experience of working in financial/banking sectors is a bonus.
You must have:
6 years(+) Informatica development experience including:
o Performance Testing
o Database sizing
o Design and Code Review of Informatica ETLs
o Experience with Data Migration preferable
o Configuring ETL jobs and parameterization
o Data Quality and in-flight migration cleansing
o Data extraction selection design
o Utilizing table drive approaches with parameter values, code-driven tables, default values, cross-reference values
o Metadata driven strategies to migration/ETL
o Familiar with Informatica best practices
o Experience of data architecture and Datamodelling
o Ability to read data models and make recommendations
o Validation of ETL migration framework and architecture
o Experience of creating ETL Mapping documents and migration transformations
o Understanding of modular designs
o Exception Handling
Security Clearance is a bonus
Available to work and travel across Europe.
The contract is for 6 weeks and is based in Germany.
