For one of our clients we are looking for a DWH DeveloperTask Description:
The existing Operational Intelligence campaign infrastructure of the customer has to be expanded, secured and optimized through new or further developments in the following topics,:
-Significant functional extension of Campaign Infrastructure. through implementation of a metadata-driven communication strategy
Implementation of a data layer for CRM campaigns (Unica Affinium)
-Development of a software framework for the campaign activities
Main task:
Detailed Technical specification of the functionalities
Development of new or expansion of already existing campaign functionalities
Testing of the developments / quality assurance
- Rollout and implementation of the developments
Required skills:
Ability to understand CRM requirements quantitatively and to independently transfer them into technical solutions
Experience with selection of target groups and delivery via SMS, MMS, email, call center, letter shop, Web
Experience with relational and multidimensional databases and processing large amounts of data
Toad for Data Selection in Oracle Data warehouse
Encryption / PGP
SQL / PL-SQL skills
Cognos experience (Framework Manager, Report Studio)
Basic knowledge of statistics
Confident with internal customers
Location: Munich
