Skill Requirement:
*German Banking domain knowledge (specialize in one of the areas: Securities, Payments, Account Services, Finance, Front Office/Sales)
*Ability to Speak/Read/Write in German and English languages is a must
*Have prior experience in Business Analysis role
*Have basic technical skills (Oracle-Unix or Windows-MS Access-VBScript) to be able to interface with IT team.
Role/Responsibilities:
*Interact with business user as needed for RTB and CTB
*Work with IT team to ensure all the support SLAs are met
*Prepare Functional specification for enhancements
*Gain understanding of the Bank environment and document the same
*Resolve tickets that are related to Business Functionality/User Errors
*Perform RCA in banks test environment for such tickets
