A leading technology and innovation company is currently looking for a Business Analyst to work with strong OSS experience to work in their Dusseldorf facilities
The successful applicants will demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge of telecoms business processes
- Strong background in OSS
- Understanding of Software design, usability and testing principles
- Background in network planning, design, configuration or activation
- Ability to work and communicate in German
The key responsibilities
- Define and scope business areas
- Elicit requirements
- Analyse and document requirements
- Communicate requirements
- Enable solution identification and design
- Verify that the solution meets the client's requirements
Candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge of the following
- Telecoms domain - WFM, Billing & service assurance
- Analysis of KPI's and SLA's
- Process compliance Analysis
- High level understanding of SW design
- Understanding of testing principals
- Strong OSS background
- Fluency in German (Written and spoken)
