For this global client, we require a Project Manager who will manage the selected third party supplier for the rollout of a template into 5 European sites covering 4 countries.
Key issues of the assignment is the ability to handle the selected system integrator and at the same time manage the internal stakeholders.
Change management and training coordination will be key focus area as well as the ability to steer data conversion tasks.
The data and test lead will also report to this project manager
Day to day responsibilities:
* Managing internal resources on issues such as:
* Planning workshops
* Dealing with various stakeholders to manage their expectations Managing and checking the quality of the outputs produced by the implementation partner
* Challenging design decision within the existing template
* Data migration
* End user documentation preparation
* Planning tests
* Coordinating change management tasks and role changes
