Our customer is rolling-out a new IT-system and needs somebody who can support the business in user-acceptance testing/coordination, general support and end-user training- strong ability to learn and comprehend data flows in a complex system landscape
- knowledge and experience in system retirement (decommissioning)
- experience in defining UAT scripts
- coordination of the UAT campaigns globally and UAT testing
- help and coordination of training of users and operators
- excellent communication skills
- excellent project coordination skills
- fluent in English and German
- background in science or informatics
- general understanding of compound inventory workflows in Pharma is a plus
- experience in requirements engineering is a plus
- willingness to do occasional travelling
