Digital Delivery Manager Scope and Role Description
Work that relates to delivery and support of our websites, including:
- Management of iPMs and their workplans,
- End-to-end management of incident resolution and change management
- Overall leadership of Web Operation and Development,
- P/S/A project management and communication (to and for client managers and clients ABM/BM),
- Complete, accurate, and timely updates to various tools and databases used by CS (SLT, pricing database,etc)
- Demand management and cost recovery for GBS CS Solutions
Work that relates to overall website development and localization
project management and communication to agencies, clients, and GBS. (DMM work related to initial launch of first site in a new build is retained by the DMM).
Work related to 1, Consumer Place data migration
including completion of initial data assessments, business and client manager communication, and project management and oversight of the overall process.
Work to support the many requests for inventory or audit questions
from Soln Mgrs, ITDO, customer Privacy, etc such as 'how do your websites collect birthdate?', 'what is the primary purpose/message in your brand email program?', 'what product level is BIN implemented on your sites', etc?
Specific projects that can be successfully delivered by our Web Ops partners
will also be included such as B&G Scorecarding work, overall coordination among technical agencies for global brand.coms, etc.
Tasks
1. Overall client management - selling services, demand intake, scope management
2. Demand management - ITIL capacity management
3. Tactical consultancy on individual projects (what's feasible)
Escalation when a market is doing something not using GBS scaled capabilities
