SIM Migration support - English & German Speaking

Type: Contract (resource required from mid-Jan till 1 st week of February).

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Key Responsibilities:

• Understands SIM cards and mobile devices, especially Nokia and Blackberries
• Experience in troubleshoot for a 2 nd line support with Mobile device experience
• Good communicator as he/she will be dealing with 487 potential users as well as Freemove
• Manage Spreadsheets
• Preferably done SIM migrations in previous roles
• Fluent in English & German as an additional language
