CRM development support in IT Infrastructure Problem Management area.

about 3-4 years of experience

Aufgabenbeschreibung:
CRM IT Service Management has been introduced to IT Infrastructure in the first quarter of this year.
Currently the Problem Management and Service Request Management process is being setup in the system. The CRM has interfaces to the internal ticketing system, internal alert monitor system and Business Partner Directory (BPD).

These interfaces need to be adjusted to fit the future needs of the system.

Besides this we want to enhance CRM User Interface (UI) by various fields and functions to better support our processes.

In order to perform those changes we need support from an experienced CRM developer (focus!!) and technical consultant.

We have a request for a

1.Enhancement of existing BPD-CRM interface. Currently the interface exports BP to CRM and the relationship types Y00005 (TLO (Main)) and Y00006 (TLO (Main)). The included relationship types should be extended, as well as the selection of the Business Partners. Furthermore the update mechanism should be checked and if necessary adjusted (so that relations get also deleted if deleted in BPD)

2.Enhancement of the UI. We want to include new fields on the UI and add new functions like 1C send back to predecessor 1D.

3.Development of a new remote call enabled categorization tool (DNM-Tool)

SAP-Kenntnisse: CRM 7.0 professionell

Sonstige Kenntnisse: English and German both fluent in speaking and writing.
