Solution Sales on Core Network/Senior Network Consulting

I am looking for Solution Sales candidates within Core Network to work for telecoms vendor client based in Munich. The ideal candidate must have experience in evolution of the network, core network (mobile or fixed line), consulting and communication skills. You will be working for one of the largest worldwide vendor, dealing with top operators.

Responsibilities

Well understand and analyse the telecommunication industry environment and trends. Identify requirement for one or several end-to-end functional areas or solutions (eg Mobile voice migration, Fixed voice migration) in core network but may across multiple product line, eg Radio, terminal.
Collects/analyses the Information of telecommunication consulting service, researching the development trend in the telecommunication industry and the knowledge mode of the consulting service, communicate with customer group for the customer`s consulting requirement, support the strategy and service planning for the telecommunication consulting service;
Ensure consulting service project can be finished on schedule, and lead to sale opportunities.
Support the key project as solution architecture to the project success; (presentation, tender support, customer meetings, requirement management)

Requirements

3+ years who was the lead/planning of the consulting department ever, was familiar with the consulting technology and knowledge system of the consulting service;
10+ year`s experience in the telecommunication industry, better to have working experience in well-known telecom or IT company as technical marketing operation, or solution architecture
skilled in the fixed and mobile voice solutions including IMS/fixed Softswitch/mobile Softswitch, etc.
Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) or Economics degree with strong technical background (eg. Wirt.-Ing.)
Excellent communication and motivation skills, good interpersonal skills
Excellent research, communication, lecture and document design skills
Quick perception in knowledge of new fields
Market and technology knowledge to evaluate business opportunities
Understanding customer business and organization process and how to contribute to customer`s success
Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries and operate successfully in an intense business environment
