We are looking for 1 UI designer to provide services located in Munich with ability to travel to the other sites (The Hague and Berlin) to perform analysis work on request. The work will be performed 100% on site.

Rate: 59,00 euros per hour
The UI Designer shall have a comprehensive knowledge of user interface design and usability/ergonomics
problematic. This should be justified by several years of training and proven experience in UI design and/or
ergonomics.
The user interaction concerns the following main user scenarios:
1. organization of work lists including customized filters, grouping, sorting, visual indicators for priorities and work effort, setting of flags, assignments, rejection, delegation with accompanying annotations, providing customizable previews on most relevant information to quickly identify
and assess the task
2. administratively processing patent applications of parts that still require human interaction/decision
3. analysing the technical content of an application and enriching the document by tagging, marking, linking and annotating, using helper services like translation, synonyms, legal guidelines, thesaurus and dictionaries, further offering analytical support for feature decomposition of patent claims and mapping support, collecting building blocks of formal and legal deficiencies for
communication of objections to the applicant and providing of objection life cycle support
4. creating search requests, using various techniques from Boolean, to semantic relation, to
graphical or other technical domain specific techniques, using rank criteria and pre-views to
identification results for deeper analysis and comparison to the patent application, collecting and
classifying relevant documents and then communicating them in a search report to the applicant
together with the first objections.
5. processing replies to objections, identifying and analysing changes, assessing validity and effect
on objection, create either another communication with new or remaining objections or write
decision of grant or refusal of the patent application
6. various collaboration scenarios between internal users but also between internal and external
users
