<p>Consult the Support Organisation with process know-how and project management expertise.Analysis, Design and Implementation of Identity & Access Management processes and definition of corresponding key performance indicators and security metrics.
Drive continuous process improvement based on metrics and customer requirements and surveys. Monitor SLA adherence and provide recommendations and guidance towards Identity & Access Management.
Create and perform trainings to Identity & Access operational staff as well as key users of the Identity & Access processes and tools.
Manage rollout projects of Identity & Access processes and tools.
Review and update Identity & Access documentation in line with IT quality standards.
Manage Changes to the Identity & Access processes and tools according to ITIL Standards.

Anforderung:
Skills:
Experience in Information Security with focus on Identity & Access Management
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
IT Process / Change Management Expertise, ITIL
Strong ability to negotiate with customers
Experience in Defining, Gathering, Aggregating and Reporting of Key Performance Indicators
Strong ability to process and reduce complexity
Technical know-how (DB, Web, EAI, etc.) beneficial
