For our direct client in Munich we are looking for a service support.
Start:
End: (NO option to extend)
Rate: 35,00 euros per hour
Purpose of services:
The main services to be carried out are:
- receiving and analysing the incidents sent by the Service desk.
- detecting and classifying incidents into the database
- providing workaround and testing solutions
- solving incidents and contacting the users
- detecting bugs and interfacing with Incident, Problem and Change Management
- testing new versions and roll-out support for new versions or new in-house applications
- providing training on in-house applications to new Service Desk agents
- maintaining knowledge database
- carries out tasks related to User Registration like creating new IT user IDs, maintaining user IDs definitions and providing access to various platforms when requested.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent IT knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Experience of user support
- Very good communication skills in English
- Knowledge of German or French is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Team player willing to take initiative and responsibility
