Beschreibung
You will work closely together with the Service Delivery Managers, Global and Regional support engineers and customer
technical staff to secure that the customer support contracts are fulfilled and customer satisfaction is high. You will participate
in projects to secure a smooth handover from project to support and to maintain and further develop your competence.
Your qualifications
You have a broad knowledge within telecom and datacom, covering hardware, software and network knowledge. You have a
technical background in IP, SmartEdge, Packet Core and interested to broaden your knowledge on network level. You enjoy
working with customers and people from around the world and across various disciples. You are self-motivated; customer
focused with the drive to solve problems, support our customers business and expand your knowledge.
