Siebel Business Analyst (BA) (Loyalty)
My client, a major player in its field, is looking for 2 Siebel Business Analysts to join this new greenfield project.
The ideal Siebel Business Analyst (BA) (Loyalty) has the following:
- At least one year experience 1 year experience in Siebel Business Analyst (BA)
- Deep Loyalty process knowledge (for about 2-3 months hands on ideally)
- Fluent English mandatory, Fluent German an asset but not mandatory
The team will be responsible to create a blueprint for a basic loyalty project. This will be piloted initially at 4 countries. The timeline starts in January with a short ramp up and goes into full on modus in mid-January. The initial blueprint should be finalized at end of February and then deployed to the 4 countries by summer. If the blueprint phase goes well then we are positioned to win the development phase.
