For our international client we are currently looking for a SAP HR/HCM e-recruiting manager.Based in southern Germany you will be part of a global implementation and responsible for working on the client's e-Recruiting processes.
Your activities:
- implementing SAP eRecruiting in specific offices according to project plan
- developing specific office implementation and development plans
- administer vendor relationships
- responsible for establishing e-Recruting KPIs at various levels
- supporting individual offices with their problem solving (HR, logistics, regulatory etc)
Preferably you have:
- demonstrable project experience with HR
- large team leadership or project management experience
- Training development experience
- experience in International projects
You are fluent in English (both spoken and written), highly organised, a strong communicator, interested in working in an international environment, and well versed in SAP HR and e-Recruitment processes.
