On behalf of our high profile telecoms client, I am looking for a Senior Software Engineer to fulfill a contract (Support Services PS Design) in Bonn, Germany.
Task Description:
Modification of architecture and design, in particular of the mobile network PS nodes SGSN and GGSN, in order to adapt the packet switched network to the market requirements and the changing user behaviour.
Tasks:
*Planning and coordination of capacity extensions
*Planning and coordination of a change of the the GGSN operation system
*Planning, design and product/supplier selection for the topics
- Mobile IPv6
- Ethernet platform
- migration measures for SGSN
Necessary skills and experiences:
*Knowledge in packet switching area
*Successfull exectution of design activities for mobile networks
*Experience in the architecture of the mobile core network
*Fluent German and English language skill
