Skill-Level:
Ticket dispatching by following a rule set of ticket handling, ticket forwarding to the right workgroup, check and verify that the pre-reqs are fulfilled by 1st/2nd level support, analyze incident tickets and solve the tickets, coordinate and involve WP.SWD team if necessary. Technical background regarding SCCM infrastructure, patch deployment, software deployment, client administration, troubleshooting and analyzing possibilities, stay in contact with 1st/2nd and 3rd level support, write knowledge base articles for the help desk.
Aufgaben:
MA, der sich ausschließlich um Tickets im Bereich SW Distribution Services kümmert
