Location: Frankfurt, Germany
duration: 6 Months
Details:
8+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study.
Without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (10+ years in total).
Engineering Technical Consultant Skills Required:
Technical understanding of the DC requirements from interpretation/creation of HW/SW BOM and architecture design documents
Confirm Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) Hardware Bill Of Materials (BOM).
Initiate Orders with SOPHIA.
Confirm or revise Customer Intent Documents (CID) as needed.
Ability to interact with all support and deployment staff for Network, Server, Storage, operating systems etc...
Ability to interact with D/C staff to answer questions with regards to rack layouts, server, network and storage cabling installations and limitations
Understanding and ability to navigate/create Watson quotes
Understanding and ability to navigate Smartbuy, Order Status Suite - OSS and Sandy to help address any delays in orders.
Must speak & write fluent German and English
