Task:- Drive & support change management activities
- Promote vision & objectives and communicate program progress
- Promote work habit change and run Focus Groups
- Localize material for trainings
-Plan, execute and monitor user training
- Conduct and evaluate Business Diagnostics Interviews, specifically for the introduction of automated information lifecycle
- Prepare communication deliverables for senior management and employees
- Plan and execute all communication activities
- Align activities with Change Manager Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Promote vision & objectives and communicate program progress
- E.g. identify key stakeholders in organization. Setup an information and communication plan. Execute Communication plan
- Initiate and implement lighthouse projects
- E.g. work together with DVK, local PWP change management and CC head to initiate implementation of a specific PWP work preference for a CC which serves as a lighthouse project for other CCs.
- Coordinate support for Top Management and supporting functions for the PWP work preferences
- Participate in PWP network (Change Managers network call. Task force automated information lifecycle)
Requirements (Must have):
- High communication skills especially in the field of communication to top management
- Stress resistance
- Skills in the field of organization change management
- Knowledge on change management methodology (practical experience and / or ADKAR methodology)
- Fundamental skills in the field of MS Workplace Products
