For one of our clients we are looking for a Contract Manager

Task Description:
Understand complex outsourcing contracts
Communicate content of contract in non-legal terms to business
Interpret contract together with legal department
Set up and manage Change Request process
Set up and manage contract issue/risk process

Required skills:
Extensive Commercial Contract Management skills
Experience with TPI contracts
Experience in complex outsourcing deals
Track record in international environment
Work under pressure
Excellent quality output
Self starter
Independent worker
Flexibility
Driver
Cope with challenging working environment
Excellence in communication

Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Contract Management

Nice to have skills:
Mediation skills

Location: Greater area of Munich
Start: January 2012
