You will be experience in identifying KPI's for capacity and performance management (for both hardware and applications) and will have excellent English communication skills at all levels. Skills: Crystal Reports ITIL You will define and implement KPI reports, such as: Incident Management Problem Management Service Request Management Improvement Programme The successful candidate will come from an reporting background in a similar role, with experience analysing automatically generated reports.
