Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a Consultant (f/m). Tasks: validate and QA incoming request for service from clients to IES ES data centre in EMEA, pricing service solution, SPOC for all client requests for their respective requests, E2E responsibility for all requests, management and coordination of workstreams to facilitate standardisation and client satisfaction. Objectives: tracking of progress, providing feedback to global SPM and clients, interaction with stakeholder within the E2E process, pricing of Service Design Package, budget availability check, monitoring of progress in transition, problem management at all stages within the process and escalation if required. Formal closing of a request after service has been delivered and activated. Deliverables agreed as part of the standardisation and client satisfaction workstreams.
