Please find the key pointers for Test Lead role.
They need the following minimal skills/experience:
Minimum 5 years of Telecom testing experience (very familiar with test strategy, test plan, test scenarios, test cases so that they can teach/guide others)
2 to 3 years of BSS experience enough that they have good domain knowledge (eg, CRM, Billing, Mediation). They must have this, since they will be assigned to that particular domain and be accountable for it.
Minimum 1 year experience of a small test team (give direction to testers in how to develop test cases, test data, etc, as well as review their work to meet high quality client expectations)
Valid to work in EU (if you are considering a non-EU candidate, then we do not want the candidate starting until their work visa is valid and complete unless HR can confirm there will be no issues in processing their visas here onsite)
