Project Tasks & Responsibilities
The ideal person will have extensive experience in managing service deployments with a strong focus on the technical coordination of the set-up and implementation of all systems and applications from test to production over the project phases.
The role also covers demand assessment activities for feasibility studies and consolidated cost estimations. Depending on the project, the role also includes overall project management including controlling and reporting as well as managing operational issues during the project execution phase to ensure operational readiness and transition to live.
Must be fluent in English; good coordination, communication and deployment management skills are essentials for this role.
Operational Tasks & Responsibilities
Technology requirements towards the role can vary depending on the service area.
The activities for the transitioning of a service launch include the set-up, integration, configuration, trouble management and maintenance of the system together with the appropriate product line and/or vendor.
Ability to recognise dependencies, support troubleshooting and arbitrate between providers for issue handling.
Interfaces: Reports to Project Manager, communicates with Application Developer Programme senior.
Qualifications/Education: Graduate Level, Recognised Industry/professional qualifications in particular technologies &/or Methodologies.
