Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst (f/m). Working with the Business and local voice teams to determine voice recording requirements within a Region Management of deployments and installation of Voice Infrastructure for both VOIP and IPC platforms, completion of KPIs and monitoring for voice recording systems globally, working with the Engineering Design Team to agree voice recording designs and specifications for different locations, compilation of Handover documentation for Operational Support Teams, running deployment meetings with local site contacts and Business, working with Vendors to agree resourcing, involvement in system test cycles and UAT, Support go live activities, issues resolution. Skills: Experienced Voice Recording Deployment Manager. Understanding of Operational support Teams, knowledge of Cybertech voice recording platform and Avaya VOIP. Assignment location: London.
