Task:- A series of finance transformation programs consisting of various long-term strategic projects improving finance systems and processes including topics like Liquidity Management, FX Exposure Management, Basel 3 and similar challenges
- The role holder will understand the business needs and modeling the corresponding to-be processes as well as developing the resulting specifications for the subsequent implementation activities on the business and IT side
- Deliver relevant workstream items for which you are accountable for on time, budget and scope
- Drive related architecture decisions and work with IT to find the most appropriate ways to change the existing IT environment to accommodate the necessary changes
- Partner with the business to understand functional requirements including applicable accounting standards and to arrive at leading solutions using deep functional expertise; develop and challenge the business processes and the functional architecture

Requirements (Must have):
- Proven track record (5 + years) as senior analyst in banking in areas such as front office systems, data sourcing, securities, derivatives, or large scale strategic finance platform reengineering from the business side
- Subject matter expertise in the area of treasury
- Preferably, prior experience in treasury liquidity management
- Preferably, prior experience in liquidity regulatory reporting (including e.g. FSA, FINMA and Basel III requirements)
- Experience in taking the interface role to align business and IT having a good understanding of business architectures and related IT components (such as Data Warehousing, General Ledger or reporting environments)
- Understanding of complex banking infrastructures

- Ability to work in an international multi-cultural environment
- Fluent in English and German both reading/writing is a must
- University degree in Business Administration, IT or related
