Currently we are searching for three candidates who are able to cover the following position:

Project description:
support and development Active Entry von Quest (Voelcker)

Tasks:
resolve, test and document reported user interface and application level issues
contact the vendor's support service in case of identified bugs in ActiveEntry product
trace the status of vendor support calls related to ActiveEntry product
support ActiveEntry release changes and upgrades
support Oracle or other infrastructure changes and upgrades on ActiveEntry level
analysis and consultancy for possible enhancements
changes in the configuration of ActiveEntry, development for new functions and implementation of enhancements
maintain and update Costumer's central IT ticketing and change control system (HP SM Service Manager)
act as primary technical contact for application related questions

Must-Have Skills:
experience in 1st- and 2nd-Level-Support
knowledge and experience in release- and change management of applications with underlying multi instance installations
experience in issue tracking and documentation tools e.g. like Jira
knowledge about GxP compliant documentation in the framework of computer system validation
experience in operation and development of Identity and Access Management solutions in large, globally operating enterprises and their underlying business processes
experience with operational implementations of ActiveEntry Release 4.1 and basic knowledge of ActiveEntry Rel. 5 (Quest One Identity Manager)
experience with operational ActiveEntry connectors for SAP, Lotus Notes, ADS, AD LDS and generic LDAP (v3) connectors as well as Web Services
knowledge and experience in all ActiveEntry management functions, including the Webdesigner and its transport methods
costumer operates its IT services based on ITIL and ISO standards (all involved parties need to be knowledgeable in the ITIL framework and comply with the relevant ITIL processes)
experience in HP Service Manager or similar product to interact with Costumer's Incident-, change-, problem- and configuration management process
English and German language skills (both at an expert level) are mandatory

Softskills:
positive and confident attitude combined with the ability to handle critical situations
