Currently we are searching for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:Tasks:
enhancement and optimization in operations environment
optimizaton of active Tenant- and System Provisioning Process
setup of Service Provider Cockpit (Central System Landscape Management Tool)
gives input on own initiative for enhancements and optimization in our operations environment
detect technical problems and Drive continues improvement activities
interacts in close collaboration with Teams in Germany, US, Brazil, China and India
support Ramp-up of the ByD FP3.* , FP4.* and later landscapes
support Ramp-up of LOB Landscapes (Sales on Demand, etc.) based on ByD Plattform and later landscapes
optimize active Tenant- and System Provisioning Processes
setup of Service Provider Cockpit (Central System Landscape Management Tool)
Must-Have Skills:
good knowledge in:
- ABAP
- DB2, Max DB
- ByD (FP2.0, 2.5, 2.6 or later)
technical skills in Net Weaver environment
skills in:
- XI Connectivity techniques
- MaxDB DB technology
assistance on creation of new Provisioning Processes
quality assurance of productive process documentation
knowledge about ByD Systemlandscape
general knowledge about the ByD Architecture
knowledge about ByD System- and Tenant Provisioning Processes and Procedures
Softskills:
good documentation skills
knowledge about service and delivery processes
strong problem resolution, reporting and communication skills
high degree of analytical thinking
