Proteus Europe operating as an employment business, is currently seeking an experienced Test Development Engineer for a contract with a top client in Germany.
The Role:
- upgrade and maintain an existing test program for a chip device with electrical and optical inputs and electrical outputs
- based on already existing equipment and load boards incl. optical equipment by ASPECT
- on a Agilent/Verigy 93K test system
- upgrade testing from single site to multisite testing based on existing equipment
The Skills:
- Experience with ATE test systems is essential
- Experience with testing of chip devices at ATE systems is desired
- Experience with Agilent/Verigy 93K test system is desired
- Experience with optical stimulation is desired
