Services required:
Our client is looking for an SAP consultant to make a gap analysis between the client's requirements and SAP solution in the area of Talent Management Systems.
The main requirements for this system are the following:
Professional development management
- Provide information on jobs and competencies to all staff within the client's in a job landscape
- Individual development plans for all staff to manage personal learning objectives in an open dialogue with their manager
- Allow all staff to do a self-evaluation of their competencies
Learning management
- Standard Learning Management System (LMS) features for classroom and online learning
- Waiting lists
- Course-evaluation surveys
- Quizzes and Examination
- LCMS functionality, including content authoring, content management and content publication to the LMS and standalone online and off-line (PDF,PPT) formats.
Architecture and system requirements:
- User interface in UK English, French, German and optionally Dutch, adapted in graphics and language to the client's corporate style guide.
- Single Sign-On
- Integration of user and training data with existing SAP
Since SAP is the strategic choice for administrative service, the client wants to take a sound decision whether an SAP Talent Management System should be used or not to cover those requirements, before looking into non-SAP solutions.
One of the elements needed to take such decision is a gap analysis between the offerings of SAP and the requirements that have been developed within PD43. (Detailed requirements will be made available to the consultant.)

In-depth knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- customisation and adaptation of the SAP Enterprise Learning
- SAP ERP Human Capital Management
- Adobe Acrobat connect professional (virtual learning room)
- excellent in English communication and writing
Knowledge of the following technologies would be an asset:
- SAP self service functionality (ESS, MSS)
- WebDAV interface
- SAP Workflow
