Currently we are searching for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:Project description:
DSAT Application Management Support
Tasks:
provide IT application management and business operation support for the Dealer Standards Assessment Tool (DSAT)
incident management in line with ITSM processes and tools
metrics management
user administration
security and controls management for the application
liaison with the vendor of the application to manage analysis and resolution of problems
incidents or problems have to be resolved internally and in cooperation with the customer's server operation teams, network support teams, and database administrators
liaison with the customer's IT Application Development groups and the vendor for transitioning new software versions and updates from the development environment into the Production Support operations
providing support for the users to test audits
accept the commitment to support the schedules and timing plans set by the users
Must-Have Skills:
ability to:
- support an application in the Java (JVM) and Oracle database environment
- create accurate documents, status sheets, reports etc
- communicate in a complex environment with partners in many areas and countries
- speak and write fluent English
Nice-to-Have Skills:
German and other languages
