· Project Realization phase
o Writing DRSs Design and requirement specifications in SolMan
o Configuration (Customizing – in cooperation with key users, control tables,… )
o Participation Unit tests (SAP Standard ‘backup’ functions)
o User acceptance test UAT
- Writing scripts for UAT test scenarios
- Preparing UAT test cases (cross-modular cases)
- Contribution UAT
o Preparation user trainings
- Writing training documents
- Preparation training exercises
o Writing User manuals
· Project Final preparation period

o Master data maintenance

o Support GoLive
o HyperCare activities
Essential knowledge :
· SAP R/3 (ECC 6.0) – module WM; including SUM Storage Unit Management
· SAP Solution Manager
· Warehouse processes supported with mobile devices:
Good knowledge in processes for Stock placement, removal, internal stock transfers,
inventory and posting changes
· Languages: German, English, preferable: French
Preferable skills :
· In other SAP R/3 modules of the Supply Chain (MM, PP-REM and/or PP-PI, LE, QM)
Experiences :
· WM projects in chemical/pharmaceutical business
Optional skills and experiences :
· SAP R/3 Workbench development (Abap,..)
· Knowledge of techniques applied for mobile/RF applications …
