Projektbeschreibung:NG CRM / Solution Integration Management aims at increasing cost-efficiency and time-to-market with the Integration of a new CRM solution in several companies of our client in Europe.
The objectives of the program can be broken down to:
- Tendering for Single System Integrator (SI) for all NG CRM countries to save cost
- Improve maturity / speed of system integration by implementing an Integration Factory concept
- Improve maturity / speed along the whole IT development and roll-out process
Genaue Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- Define scope of tender (countries, project phases, ?)
- Manage stakeholders and expectations
- Nail down high level concept and requirements
- Manage procurement process
- Evaluate bids
- Deliver contract
