Task:Solution Integration Management aims at increasing cost-efficiency and time-to-market with the Integration of a new CRM solution in several companies in Europe.
The objectives of the program can be broken down to:
- Tendering for Single System Integrator (SI) for all countries to save cost
- Improve maturity / speed of system integration by implementing an Integration Factory concept
- Improve maturity / speed along the whole IT development and roll-out process
- Define scope of tender (countries, project phases, ?)
- Manage stakeholders and expectations
- Nail down high level concept and requirements
- Manage procurement process
- Evaluate bids
- Deliver contract

- Artefacts in those processes
Practical experiences with Business Process Management, IT development, integration, test and migration is required as well as experience as a manager of such processes.
Environment/Miscellaneous:
Some travels abroad Eastern Europe.
