My Client, A Global Insusrer Is Looking for a Qualified PMO.
As part of a worldwide initiative is purchased externally for the local branch, a highly qualified PMO. Tasks are: managing control of meetings, preparation of status reports, open issues and representation of management in the defined bodies, management of international interface, support for the entire planning management tasks with resource planning for the Workstream IT as well as managing the quality assurance processes and the contextual dependencies in the Workstream IT.
Qualification Requirements/Profile
• Cost planning and PT-planning
• Cost Controlling (SAP and OPX)
• Project Coordination (contradictions/conflicts escalate to identify and program management)
• Creation of GVS, LA-documents, etc.
• Excellent Excel Know-how
• broad IT expertise (width more important than depth, host of topics from C/S systems to technical tests)
• Acting autonomously
• Project Office demonstrable experience in large integration projects (preferably in the insurance business)
• Many years of project management experience
• high level conceptual and analytical skills, structured and rigorous project management approach.
• assertive, energetic, quick learner networks, thinking creatively and pragmatically
• active communication and coordination
Desirable Experience:
• Insurance knowledge desirable
• Knowledge of Visual Basic desirable
• Rollout experience ie with desktop updates etc
