=> Project Management- You are responsible for managing the deployment of the New Supplier Delivery Concept within an SKF factory (NSDC).
- You ensure the projects are delivered in accordance with time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefit performance goals defined by the NSDC Project Manager.
- You are responsible of reporting to the NSDC Project Manager details of progress against the project charter.
- Responsible of scope control through formal change management methods
=> Change Management
- You ensure the long term strategy of the roll out, shifting implementation of NSDC from ?push? to ?pull?, is enabled. The change management objective is to enable the SKF factories to run future implementations themselves.
