Für ein Kundenprojekt sucht ELAN schnellstmöglichst qualifizierte Unterstützung als Contino Services (m/w) für ein Projekt im Ludwigshafen.Aufgaben:
Hardware, Hardware-Wartung, Software-Lizenzen, Software-Wartung, Schulungen und Leistungen gemäß nachfolgendem Lasten- und Pflichtenheft für:
BASF has its own tool for WEB Content Management called Contino. The tool is based on the Coccon Framework 2.1 as rendering engine and uses Documentum as data repository. Today, there is a need to provide trainings and gatekeeping services according to the description below:
Service coverage: Attend requests coming from EU business centers and EU corporate units
Gatekeeping Services:
- Ensure the integrity of the Contino core and data structures
- Ensure alignment with Overall Portal Governance model (e.g. IT standards, style, security, workers council, ...)
- Provide common and practical solutions for new regional business requirements
- Gathering of requirements of regional key user
- Change request management
– Request evaluation
– Set priorities
– Control of timelines
– Final checks
- Quality assurance of all regional configuration and programming efforts
- Steer regional key user community
- Configuration of features / functionalities in the different portals on demand (e.g. web forms, common settings, etc.)
- Support in creating web content (more how-to, not content migration)
- Creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD‘s) on the basis of requests from the units
- Creation of GSKC (Global SAP Knowledge Center) requests
- Checking of Contino problems and creation of internal Mantis tickets based on customer feedback
- Support for user acceptance tests of general Contino developments (e.g. Contino Extensions)
- Communication & Change Management for general application changes to Region Europe key users
Training services:
- Provision of Contino trainings on demand according to the request coming from the corporate units or business centers in Europe
Service Timeline: 2 days per week
